Tour program “Baikal exclusive”:

Day 1

The first meeting with Baikal! Welcome ceremony.

Group gathering at the station or at the airport in Irkutsk at 9:00.

Transfer from Irkutsk to Ust-Orda.

10: 30-12: 00 - visit the authentic Buryat village, a story about the history of shamanism on lake Baikal, a meeting with a shaman.

Lunch from 12: 00 to 13: 00. Acquaintance with the national Buryat cuisine.

Transfer to Ust-Orda – Sakhyurta village.

On the way a stop for the ceremony of cajoling the spirits of lake Baikal in the Buryat tradition.

16:00 arrive at Khuzhir village, located on the shore of lake Baikal.

We cross the Olkhon gates channel on ice, the tour continues through the island of Olkhon to Khuzhir village.

We arrive at the hotel complex by 17:00. Accommodation.

In the evening you will have dinner at the hotel (at 18:00). Free time, jet lag recovery.

Day 2

The heart of Baikal is Olkhon island!

Breakfast at the panoramic restaurant overlooking the lake at 9:00.

9:30 - boarding a retro car (UAZ-3909 hallmark of the island, unspoiled by highways).

We will visit the observation deck above Khuzhir, and then go to get acquainted with the main place of power of Baikal – the legendary Shaman rock (Cape Burhan).

Today we are heading to the Northern part of the island to Cape Khoboy. Moving on the ice of lake Baikal! During the trip you can see the impressive ice caves and hummocks, admire the three brothers whose silhouettes immortalized in stone mighty and fair father, you will learn a lot about Baikal, hear fascinating legends, walk on the ice of lake Baikal! Impressions will remain the most vivid and, of course, unforgettable!

During the tour you will have a hot lunch (14:00 - 14:30).

We return to the hotel at 18:00.

Day 3

Mysterious Tazherans!

Breakfast at the panoramic restaurant overlooking lake Baikal at 8: 30.

9: 30 - boarding in expedition SUVs on 4 participants in one jeep.

Today we will visit the largest island on the Small sea of Ogoy, where the Buddhist stupa of enlightenment is located. As a sign of respect to the culture that is not familiar to us, we pass Goroo clockwise. For enlightenment of mind and cleansing of thoughts, need to go through 108 rounds!

Moving to the mainland, we go on an exciting journey through the Tazheran steppes. Here start off-road trip. Jeeping. Panoramas of lake Baikal from high cliffs above the water, rocky remains of mystical forms.

Hot picnic lunch.

We will also visit a huge marble quarry. The picture is breathtaking!

We finish our active journey in the modest village of Buguldeyka. Accommodation in guest houses.

Day 4

Who's the hhivus? And with what it is eaten?

After Breakfast at the hotel, we go on a trip on khivus - a hovercraft on the ice of lake Baikal. Along the way - the most impressive panorama of open lake Baikal along the coast, where there are no roads or infrastructure – 120 kilometers of stunningly beautiful ice with a web of cracks and bubbles, picturesque bays, cliffs with rock paintings, untouched taiga nature.

Skating on the biggest skating rink in the world - the mirror of lake Baikal

Arriving in Listvyanka village. Accommodation in hotel.

Day 5

It is never much of snow! If only there were enough snowmobiles!

Breakfast at 9: 00.

10: 00-11: 00 - visit to the observation deck "Stone Chersky", with the rise and descent on the chair lift.

We go down to the place of the "Snowmobile center". Safety training. Equipment.

During the day, Quad/snowmobile riding (2 persons per unit of equipment) on the most beautiful snowy roads of the Siberian taiga and along the legendary Circum-Baikal railway, which is now a monument of architectural and engineering art. Visits to the most interesting tunnels, viaducts, arches and galleries of the Circum-Baikal railway.

Hot lunch during the trip.

Back to the hotel, where you will find a bath. A professional bathhouse attendant will teach you how to steam in Siberian!

Dinner and night at the hotel in Listvyanka village.

Day 6

Nice and fast... Dog sledding races! 

Breakfast at the hotel at 8: 30

9: 00 - visit to the Baikal Limnological Museum in Listvyanka village (inspection of expositions and virtual immersion in the bathyscaphe at the bottom of lake Baikal).

11:30 - riding on a dog sled pulled by Alaskan huskies (1-2 persons per sled).

Lunch break 13:00 - 14:00.

We go to Irkutsk. Accommodation in the hotel.

Evening walking tour of the historical part of Irkutsk from 16: 00 to 18: 00 (old churches, wooden buildings of the end of before the last century).

18: 00-dinner at the Siberian Russian cuisine restaurant "Shtof "in the heart of Irkutsk – the quarter of recreated merchant mansions"130 quarter".

Meals: breakfast, lunch, supper

Accommodation: "Rus", double occupancy, standard.
